Complain against the Flipkart

I made order to flipkart and same order was delivered on 28 August, 2023. I made return on 29th August, 2023 but the flip kart automatically cancels the pick-up. Now flip kart is making phool saying the return policy is cancelled. this is happened earlier also. For money less that Rs 500/-. people are not bothered. Lot-off customer are sufferer. When i ask the solution on customer care. they are saying policy expired and do not made the solution. The call also disconnected. From record they have remove the my return. The retun was on 29-08-2023. same was confirmed by customer care on telephone

I want to take-up this matter with flip kart. the detail of invoice is given below:
Order ID: OD328953154708518100 DATED 22-08-2023, 9;20 AM
INVOICE NO. FAB4122400039890 DATED 22-08-2023.

I want strict action against flipkart so that same could not happen with other customers.
