I used paytm postpaid and paid my bills on my due date with 2% interest with gst but still they charging me late fees and i messaging on there help link from 8 dec 2022 and today is 6 feb 2023 no proper reply and they dont have customer care numbers to call and talk.
After on 1jan 2023 my new bill generated and paytm and Aditya birla finance people told me reduce late fee charge of 885 and pay rest billing amount and my late fee will be waive off within 5 working days and i did same and cleared my bill on 6jan 2023 and today is 6 feb 2023 means approx 25 working days that 885 still showing as promised they didn't waive off now calling me for payment again and also sending harassment message to effect my CIBIL.

Hi Team,
On 07-Feb-2023, I just missed the payment of PayTM Postpaid by just only 30-40 minutes after midnight 23:59 pm due to some family Issue i.e. my mother was hospitalized and in serious condition.
But immediately paid total amount within 30-40 mins when I was free from the Hospital emergency and from conversation of doctors.
As one-time exception, all other Bank and Credit line service companies provide the waiver of late fee. But here due to medical emergency PayTm One97 Communications is not providing the Late Fee Waiver.
This situation can happen with anyone. But here PayTm or One97 Communications taking advantage and only trying to make money without understanding the customer's problem, at least once. I am using Paytm since last 11-12 years.
I have never seen this kind of worst service of PayTm or One97 Communications.
I think in this case customers should avoid using PayTM Postpaid and PayTM services.
