I bought Louis Philippe Belt ( Black and Tan reversible) on 21/01/2023, they delivered me Brown and Tan belt on 24/01/2023. So Same day I log complaint with Louis Philippe Customer care that I got wrong product please exchange it, they are lingering on matter by saying we escalated you issue further. Today when I am writing this on 06/02/2023 till now it’s not resolved.
My fund is stuck with them and I didn’t get my choice of product for which I paid.

They Harsh me badly
