Cheating Case against Abhi Bus pvt ltd & Dhanunjaya Bus Operator.......

had booked two tickets online at Abhi Bus Services India Pvt Ltd, of Dhanunjaya Travels (Bearing PNR ABRS4546921,on 6th May 2016 from Secunderabad Boarding from Asian Travels,Opp: Secunderabad Railway station),Telangana to Bangalore,Majestic to be travelled on 7th may 2016. Reporting time was at 9.45 p.m from Asian Tours & Travels,Opp: Secunderabad station. We had reached around 9.15 p.m and was waiting for the bus.When i asked the owner of asian tours and travels his son interfied and was speaking in a rude manner saying we need to check with the bus driver weather the bus belongs to Dhanunjaya Bus. He was speaking in a sarcastic manner stating should I go and ask the driver? When i asked my wife to sit on the chair he asked her to go out. Is he a Rowy?
Should we pay for getting insulted?
Finally a local mini bus named kalieshwary came about 10.15 p.m and dropped us at Afzal gunj at other travel agents office. We were made to stand and when we questioned the travels owner when will dhanunjaya bus arrive? He showed a Local bus (Snaps of the bus can be provided if required) and asked us to get into it. When we questioned him that whe we had booked a ticket to travel on Dhanunjaya bus by paying about 1200/- why should we travel on Local bus named Kalieshwary, he said its our wish. When i called abhi bus service customer care executive he said since the bus was cancelled we need to take the alternate bus. When i asked him that i had paid Rs.1200/- since its Dhananjaya bus and i would have got tickets even for 350-400/-, he just said its my wish wheather to travel or not ! Since i was with my wife who ws not well and it was already 11 p.m and i cant take a lodge in the late hours and more over i had an important schedule in the morning around 8 A.M in bangalore i was compelled to travel in the Local bus. The depature time was at 10 P.M but they started the bus about 12 A.M inorder to collect the Parcel and few more Passengers, when we questioned the conductor he was threatinng us by replying in a crude way. No other way we travelled in the same bus.
And after travelling for about 2 hours it started raining and even after closing the windows the rain water was spilling on us and part of our dress become wet. we had to travel the whole way in the same position.
And the seats were not at all comfortable. we suffered a lot.Since my wife was suffering from backache we opted for dhanunjaya bus to travel comfortably. Due to Local bus the seating were very bad.
And finally we reached bangalore about 9.30 A.M.
But we had an important appointment around 8 A.M, we had missed the schedule due to the negligance of the operator.
Even after making so many warning with Abhi bus service customer care executive that we are going to approach Consumer Court they just asked us to go ahead.
Now i would like to question the concern responsible operator and service providers that
Why shouldnt i pull them to Consumer Court?
Why shouldnt i claim Loss and Damages from them?
Due to their negligence and Greediness we had to face lots of problems, Loss and damages.
And after travelling in the Local bus my wife`s health (Backache) is in very bad shape now.
Who si going to bear/Suffer all those?
Will the Owners of ABHI BUS SERVICE & DHANUNJAYA BUS SERVICE BEAR ALL THOSE LOSS & DAMAGES AND LOSS OF HEALTH?
I need the concern Owners to settle damages and loss immediately without any delay which was caused due th them.
Failing to act / react will be compelled to take legal action.
