Spilt AC of Hitachi brand, PCB was ruined by their technician, and now AC is not in working conditio

We called Hitachi to check cooling of our AC , technician visited and then he ruined the PCB and left without repairing, after hundreds of calls to customer care and area manager that technician took our PCB and few days later came to attach it to AC , again there was blast/spark in AC and it was not rectified. I called zonal and area managers but they were insensitive to the issues. I told them to exchange my indoor unit as my PCB, MOTOR AND COMPRESSOR was working absolutely fine before their technician mishandled it. But they didn't have any empathy to the situation. Now my AC is completely ruined and it is not in working condition. I want a compensation for all the loss of my AC which was working completely fine. I need compensation for their insensitive behavior, I need compensation for all the mental trauma, for all the trouble I had faced. I am sleeping without AC for which I am not habitual as per my health conditions. I am allergic to hot and humid weather due to my high bp, liver conditions and body allergy. I am facing problems in sleeping which is affecting my job work also. I need a compensation. And definitely it is effecting my mental conditions
