I have booked a room in blue hills hotel, ooty, on 25th around 5 pm for 26 and 27 th july16. same day evening i have requested to cancel, but they say same day after 12 noon it is not possible to cancel. then i have requested to cancel next days booking even that they have not done. pleae refund rs2735./- tickets raised with them for this purpose are 3217227, 3217229, 3222631. I have two points to ask
1. If the booking can be done after 12 noon then why not cancellation ?
2. why are they not cancelling the next day's booking atleast ?
