Blackmailing and overcharging by Tikona Broadband

I opted for Tikona broadband Billing A/c no:- 125783539, for my home having a plan of 4 MBPs speed, but due to very -2 poor services, I decided to opt out and disconnect the worst services on 11 Dec 2015 by intimating the service provider both through mail and call.
I clearly requested them to provide me with the full and final settlement amount so that I can clear and have a clean exit. Same was requested to the customer care executives over multiple calls too where in I was confirmed over the call that the amount will be Rs 140/- since I used the services for 4 days after billing date ie from 7th Dec till 11th Dec 2015. I have been requesting them to provide and send the said amount in the form of bill so that I can pay but instead of providing the bill of said amount they started sending me bill for the complete month. I have been writing and calling customer care multiple times for the correction of the bill amount but have never received any positive response post that, rather as a blackmailing tactic they have started charging late payment amount and continuously sending me msgs and calls for realization of the unrealistic amount. Now the company is using blackmailing tactic by daily bothering me by way of calls/ sms and mails and asking me asking me to pay Rs 1208 as per their wish. Please help as I am ready to pay and close the account on clean ground for the days of services which I have used ie for 4 days amount Rs 140/- .

It seems Tikona is now trying to play the same game over "Jago Grahak Jago" complaint as well.
