Ref: Order No S801491892
With reference to above subject, I, Mr. Shridhar..D, had ordered the Sony Power Bank from your online website http://www.whaaky.com on -19/05/2016
I was provided an order No. S801491892 after doing the online payment for the said product and I also received the confirmation message through your website stating “the ordered product shall be delivered with in 8-10 days from the date of order.
To my surprise I did not receive the product on the specified time, hence I called up to your customer support number which you had provided in your website but your customer support wing has not responded to my calls till date.
I have also sent mails to your team enquiring about my order but I have not received proper response from your team till date.
Such attitude of yours clearly shows that, you are unethical in your business terms and you do not care for your customer satisfaction rather you are intended to cheat your customers. After regular follow ups from my end none of your team members have neither bothered to respond to my complaint nor have delivered my product.
I, hereby inform you by this notice that, my product should be delivered within 24 hours from the receipt of this notice or my money with interest, should be refunded to my account immediately, failing which I shall be constrained to take necessary legal action against you and your company in the court of law on your cost, risk and consequences.
