Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased the Lenovo K3 Notes cell phone four months back. Now started the Hanging and Overheating issues are t there. For which I have given the set to Lenovo authorised service center (i.e. Service Center Name : Absolute Care Bangalore

for repair on 16.03.2016. Till now neither repair has been done nor any feed back from them. The number have given on my service bill that number always busy. Now what to do ? Where to complain further to get the repair properly. Please let me know.
