Battery complaint and long delay for repair of defects, Romai electric scooter

I have purchased a Romai electric scooter for my deaf and dumb brother on 27-4-16 with 14 months warranty for battery. During my purchase they were promises vehicle will give 65 to 70 km mileage for one full charge. In the month of Feb/march I am landed the vehicle in Chalakudy showroom due battery compliant and I received the vehicle back after one and half month's. I received an extension of warranty for 45 days. In the month of July again I am landed the vehicle due to same battery complaints. After one and half months they made a call and told vehicle is repaired. Today I am the done the test drive of vehicle and the life of battery is not giving mileage for more than 43 km. As per company promise it is to be 65 to 70 km.
The user of this vehicle is a deaf and dump person and finds money for his daily needs by doing grafting/bedding of nutmeg trees in nearby areas of our locality. He used to get his earnings during this raining season only. Due to long service time taken by this firm he lost this entire season.
It is there for requested that necessary action may be taken at the earliest for repair of vehicle with further extension of warranty and compensation for loss of Work.
