Misguiding giving harassment and making false promises.

I would like to inform you that, I want to exchange my Maruti Alto K10 VXI registration no. AS-01-BK-0843 silky silver in colour.
I Saifuddin Ahmed resident of Adhiarpara , Hajo PS- Hajo PO- Saniadi pin No 781102 is owner of the above mention car I went to the Maruti Suzuki Bimal Auto Agency , Chandmari , Ghy-03, for four times spending my valuable time and money in order to exchange and buy a new car from Maruti Suzuki . There I met a sales man whose name is Nitul Kalita who inspected my car with a machinic he inspected my car thorougly for three times physically and then he assured me to give an amount of rupees 2 lakes 40., thousand which will adjust with the new car, he again demanded me the following documents the documents are 1) Registration 2) Insurance 3) four no. Cheque 4) Pan Card 5 ) Driving Licence 6) Voter ID 7) Passport Photo to apply for loan and also taken an amount of rupees 5000 as booking amount, after two days he call me and said that my car is booked and my loan has sanctioned, Insurance company also approved it, he request me to take the newly booked car from the mention Dealer which is ready to delver.
On his demand I want on 10/01/2019 to take the car. He also demanded me to buy some accessories of an amount of rupees 15000 which I refused to buy it. He then took me to another room and said that he won't buy my car and if he have to exchange them he will adjust only 1,50,0000.
My main problem is that he argued with me in such a rude and horrible manner that i can tolerate his such a disrespectful behaviors from him. I handed over my car and key to him and returned back to my home .
I shall be obliged if you take necessary steps against such a fraud sales man who totally misguiding me with false promises and harassing.
I never expect such a false promises from your agency in the last four days in the name of inspections he call me and I went there spending my valuable times and money .
Please warn him not to play such a horrible game with me and rest of your customer and give me justice regarding this matter .
