Reliance Big TV DTH faced signal problam complained to customer care

I am a Reliance Big TV DTH customer since January 2011 with Smart card no 200819351529.


I faced signal problam in January 2015 and same was complained to customer care on 14/01/2015.


After that they deducted service charges to repair my connection without repairing and all the money stood on 14/01/2015 as monthly subscription charges without giving me signals. It was reported to customercare department in multiple emails and telephonic conversations. Till today my problam is un resolved.


I request for refund of money paid for the connection Rs 6000/- and balance of subcription amount as on 14/01/2015.
