On 2nd march 2018 i had booked a new package/offer my booking no 12517166 paying Rs. 499 through net banking but still i have not received any confirmation for the same. It is now 140 days left & i didn't received any confirmation not the status of the DTH connection from RDTV. I raised the issue by calling their customer care no.18602006666 and18002009001 but the executives who handling the toll free no. the.RDTnot responding"I also saw in social media there is lots of complaints are raised against RDTV of the installation for set top box. Whenever i raise this issue in Facebook on Reliance digital tv page i only receive a call from RDTV & their customer care executive just giving false assurance as will provide the confirmation within 48 hours. This is same answer i am receiving for the last 140 days but till now i have not received any confirmation done nor installment status. Its looks like RDTV is collecting money refund
