After switching from Vodafone Postpaid To Vodafone Prepaid I am not able to use my Vodafone no 9699235411.
Switching request completed on 2nd April 2016. Since then I am not able to use the below services:
1. No incoming calls
2. Not able to recharge
3. No incoming and outgoing message
Vodafone complain no is Docket No 1485253382.
No reply from Vodafone Customer care email and the Vodafone gallery on the complain status.
Please help in solving issues from Vodafone.
