    I too had a bitter experience with Ola. Driver cancelled ride without any reason and stopped attending calls with which I lost my LL.M. entrance and admission. No satisfactory response from Ola customer service. Filed a case in Consumer Court and attended few hearings for which there is no representation from Ola. It is in trial. Hoping for justice from Court.
