I had disconnected my land line no 0832-2844481 in the month of July 2016 Despite several reminders thru letters I have still failed to receive the refund amount. Today I have received a BSNL bill for the period 1-Aug -2016 to 15-Sep-2018. When I have already disconnecvted the land line I cannot understand why this invoice has been sent to me with the due date mentioned on it as 5-Oct-2018.
Why is it that BSNL billing department is so careless about their customers concerns and when will I get back my refund. Do you think it will be a better idea to publish this matter in Navhind Times and Herald paper for people to know the carelessness that the BSNL authorities are doing or Should I report this is writing to the Prinicipal General Manager , Telecom , Goa at Patto Plaza Panjim with the current bill that they have sent to me ?
