Again my broadband stopped working from yesterday afternoon....I spoke to mr. Vignesh from customer care,he reopened my old case and promised me that today by end of the day my problem will get resolved but I have not received any call from technician or customer support.....is this a joke or what???? Facing same issue from past 7-8 months,What the hell you guys are sitting and doing there....is this my only work to call you people and write mail always....I m fed up of Airtel service....now tell me what to do??????It's disgusting...worst service provided by Airtel ever....pls tell me some procedure to disconnect this connection...I am not able to take it anymore....and this time I don't want to pay Airtel broadband bill for this month as compensation.....
