SBI not giving closure of Joint saving account on Individual Request.

I had a Joint saving bank account with my spouse in State Bank of India Gandhidham main branch.
Currently my Divorce trial is going on in family court.
When i contacted SBI gandhidham main branch for clousure of my Joint savings account, Bank mentioned me to bring Aadhar card, pan card and photo of mine and also bring my spouse and her aadhar card, pan card and photo for an KYC update. As without KYC update clousure of saving Joint account will not take place.
Also after KYC, bank told to close an account all Joint member(me and my spouse) have to remain present with sign. Else as per Banking rules account will never get closed.
As my Divorce case is going on, there is no possibility of KYC and to come for any clousure process system from my spouse side for clousure of joint account. I told to bank i can give matrimonial screenshot zerox from eCourt services of my divorce process going on. But bank manager did not listened and told me money will remain forever with bank untill and unless both joint members do not come for a sign and clousure procedure of bank account.
Although my money is lying with bank, Bank denies to me that it will not be given to me. Owner of money is not the bank but still in name of formality, rules and regulation bank is portioning my hard earned money.
