Regfarding cheque book and ATM card have given KYC and application for ATM

Hi,
I have given KYC and application for ATM and cheque book before 1.5 month . yet i have not received any one of them. now they are saying me to submit once again KYC. no intimation has been given till I inquire.

Pls look in to the issue and do the needful asap.
