Today I have submitted a letter to the Bank Branch Manager Mrs.Sheera Saleem today i.e 18.01.2017 at 11.45am in seeking the proof why my account is freezed but as of but no proof given or no answer given
The copy of the letter submitted is attached with this mail for your reference
I am using my savings account with this branch for many years no disputes were there and my concern in this is without any intimation why my account is freezed and also whats the proof they have received
When i tried doing the imps transfer on 12th January 2017 i got an error as not permitted so i went to the bank to do the same by withdrawing the amount by issuing my self cheque so the bank manager called me to her cabin and said the information as my account is freezed and i asked her the reason she said the action taken through the Head Office Kerala so i called the Kerala Customer Care they gave the information as this action is taken from my Branch only so i got wrong information given from my Branch Manager as the order received from Head Office Kerala.
Makara Shankranti (Pongal) date i.e on 14th Jan 2017 i called the Branch Manager number asked for whats the proof you have received and why you have freezed my account so she asked me to submit the request letter to get the proof why this freeze happened
Normally the Branch Manager supports the account holders who speaks malayalam and dont give proper information to the Tamil speakers
So upon all the above given i need a proper feedback from your end with proof/documents for freezing my account
We need to pay Provident Fund and ESIC to our employees through my account so unfreeze my account and do the needful at the earliest.
