respected sir/madam, I submit application form for changing my mobile no in my base branch central secretariat on 9th Jan 2017. after two days I called them on phone that my old number has not been changed yet and they told me that there is less staff in the bank so wait for some days.but now the problem is as it is. my old mob no was 9899601233 and new mob no is 9013956467.

please I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
