On 23rd Sep, I made a transaction to purchase Google Pixel 6a from Flipkart as part of their Big Billion Day Sale. At first attempt, the transaction failed and I did not receive any notification from bank that the money has been deducted from my account, so I tried it again and this time the transaction was successful.
But when I checked my bank statement, I found that the amount has been deducted twice from my bank account. Now flipkart is saying that they have initiated the refund on 23rd September itself and should reflect in my account by 29th September, bank is saying that they too have initiated the refund.
When I asked where is the money if both of you have initiated the refund, bank said that they will raise a complain and it will be resolved in next 16 days.
This is extremely terrible experience both with Flipkart and ICICI Bank.
