Harassment by Axis Bank for Fraud Transaction and constant calls despite repeated complaints

Respected Sir/Mam,
This is to notify that Axis bank has been bothering me since last year for payment which has not been done by me. I have repeatedly told them that I never received any statement for the same and moreover every time that Axis bank CCE said that they have noted it and will do the required investigation though it never happened. Everyday I used to get calls and when I asked them to refer to previous notes, they used to say that no notes are added. This year, they shared my phone number with some collection agency, and I get 30-40 calls everyday. I used to explain same thing to them but no avail. Now they have crossed all the limits by stealing data and calling people like my friends and family. I am not sure from where they are getting these contact details. Are they checking my phone bills or who is giving them this data? When I sent mail to Axis, they reverted back stating that they do not have any record of such transaction carried out. So I am not sure as to how to proceed. I am literally harassed in all the possible ways and now Axis bank is sending address of some agency indirectly indicating that they will send people to my house. All they want is money with zero customer centricity. Axis has crossed all the limits of personal space of an individual by violating data privacy, personal relationships, data leakage and harassment.
