I have done a recharge of Rs 699 on my Airtel prepaid sim No. 9017171685 . In this recharge, Amazon Prime service was for 56 days, but after recharge, the company has not provided Amazon Prime service, although this service is mentioned in the offer. I have complained to company many time but they are not giving any resolution. Now they are saying they can't give any benefit because of new terms in which one person can avail the offer only once in a lifetime. This term/condition is neither mentioned in the plan details nor in the terms and conditions.
