Wrong amount deducted repeatedly, I recharged with ₹35 pack with Airtel

I recharged with ₹35 pack with Airtel wherein I got ₹26 & 100 MB data for usage, out of this I used only 82 MB with 18 MB still left in my account. But Airtel itself deducted the amount of ₹11 when I was surfing the internet on the pretext of crossing data limit while the 18 MB data was left there to use in my account. When I tried to contact customer care , Mr. Naveen talked very rudely instead of providing the solution. And this has happened with me many a times before but I ignored.
