Purchased Whirlpool 7.5kg Model 31347 WASHING MACHINE. The machine has started to vibrate and make loud noise when it is on. I want my refund back from the company for selling cheap product to me. It is under warranty and the performance is bad of the washing machine. I feel i am cheated by the company. After servicing also the service engineer is not able to resolve my problem
