Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought Onida washing machine on 7-Oct-2019 which is under 2 year comprehensive warranty. On 21-Nov-2020, I have registered complaint for loud noise coming during Spin mode. Technician visited on 23-Nov-2020 and diagnosed that clutch assembly/bearing to be replaced. As there is system problem it will take 7days time. Till then I have tried number of times over phone to Onida customer care, although no response received. Area sales manager is not picking up my call. Onida helpline number is saying back-end system is not working, hence it may be further delayed. They are not providing time line to resolve the matter. As Onida's complaint registration system is not working, they are not providing any complaint number for future reference purpose. Request you to look into the same. Regards, Anil Shah +91-9769994467
