I registered first complaint on 28 Apr 2019 with a job sheet 9042790010055 after that they repaired it but after some days same problem I faced then I again complained on 05 June 2019 for the same issue after some days they visited and said your warranty expired and we require 500 for the replacing the part in machine, we said ok at that time but after that no one visited for change of part, then I called their customer care no and they said we escalated your concern to the high level but they have not responded. then I posted a complaint in their facebook page then I received call from customer care and they told me currently they don't have the parts but you have to pay Rs. 500 then I refused to pay because they are asking money after 2 months without any surety. then they closed my complaint stating you refused to pay money.

Could you please do anything I suggested them to come with the machine part then I will pay money.

Now I have to wash my clothes from outside and I has been 2 months, even customer care executive don't have the solution.
