DEAR SIR / Madam,
I made a complaint to IFB customer care -customerservice@ifbglobal.com for service. The machine is on AMC on 16th July, 2016, But your ENGINEER REFUSED TO COME TO REPAIR OUR IFB MACHINE. HE was SAYING THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE BODY OF THE MACHINE. SIR, AT THE TIME OF AMC, HE ASSURED ME THAT OUR MACHINE IS OK. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE SHOCKER, IT WORKS JUST TO AVOID NOISE. But now HE said TO CHANGE THE BODY.EARLIER, I MADE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM, THAT HE always leave OUR MACHINE & TAB ON... AFTER THAT HIS BEHAVIOR NEVER WAS SATISFACTORY. HE HAD BROKEN OUR MACHINE'S SHOCKER.
The machine was OUT OF ORDER SINCE 16TH JULY. The shocker displaced due to rust.
But later machine get repaired. But the engineer insist to change the body. It is not under AMC. I made a I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR DELHI SERVICE CENTER TODAY AT 9.30 AM. : PHONE
NO. : 96434-24407. THEY *REFUSED* TO CHANGE THE BODY OF OUR IFB - SENORITA
WASHING MACHINE.

SIR, AMC means ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SIR, IS IT NOT OUR ENGINEER’S DUTY TO MAINTAIN THE MACHINE DURING AMC AND INFORM US TIME TO TIME TO SAVE THE MACHINE FROM RUST OR OTHER PROBLEMS ?

DURING AMC, IF THE MACHINE DAMAGES BY RUST & UNLOCK THE SHOCKER,
IT SHOWS THAT ‘HOW THEY MAINTAIN THE MACHINE UNDER AMC.

I HUMBLY REQUEST TO PLEASE ANSWER.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POINTS :

1. THE MACHINE IS UNDER *AMC* RIGHT FROM THE DAY, I PURCHASED.

2. I TOOK EVERY PRECAUSIONS AND PURCHASED THE *IFB TROLLEY* WITH WHEELS TO SAFE THE BODY FROM RUST AND DAMAGE.

3. BUT THE MACHINE DAMAGED BY RUST & UNLOCKED THE SHOCKER, *BUT YOUR
ENGINEER* NEVER TELL, ABOUT GROWING RUST / DAMAGE. HE IS *NOT RESPONSIBLE*. IT SHOWS THAT ‘*HOW THEY MAINTAIN THE MACHINE UNDER AMC. *

4. WE ARE NOT TECHNICAL PERSONS TO SEE THE MACHINE FROM INSIDE. IT IS *YOUR ENGINEER’S RESPONSIBILITY* TO INFORM US TIME TO TIME ABOUT THE RUST AND TREAT TO REMOVE THE RUST. *

5. I COMPLAINED EARLIER ALSO, THAT *YOUR ENGINEER* USED TO COME AND *LEFT
OUR MACHINE & TAB ON*, WHILE NO ELDERS WERE AT HOME TO CHECK. WE FOUND OUR WATER TANK EMPTY IN THE EVENING.

6. AFTER *THE COMPLAINED*, HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS NEVER NORMAL AND SATISFACTORY, I DOUBT, HE HAD BROCKEN OUR MACHINE’S SHOCKER.
SO, WE *HUMBLY REQUEST AGAIN*, TO PLEASE CONSIDER OUR CASE AND CHANGE THE BODY IN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.

    my complaint number 18611361 has complained on 8th October as the technician who earlier visited and changed the drum after so many calls made to Mr rawat whose number is 7696025722
    After that when we started our machine it went non-functional and call was made to customer care
    technician who visited the premises said now we can use the washing machine
    that time it was under Amc
    next time when we started the machine same problem occured
    and again same technician visited and had broken the switch board
    and now mr rawat is saying that since you have crossed Amc due date now he cant do anything but let me inform here that Amc last date was 16/10/2016
    and it is not that we dont wanna get it extended but least solve the previous complaint that was logged
    today i called up mr Gagan whose number is 9779025722 and told him the incident after that he started using abusive language by saying it seems as if he is speaking to a dog
    for what do you guys get salary if you dont know how to speak to a customer nor solve his problem
    with this kind of service do you think we will ever buy any product of Ifb as our washing machine is going to get out of order and we have to buy a new washing machine
    P.s give genuine reply rather than giving nonsense and unrealistic excuses which are not welcome

    I purchased this machine in Feb 2018 with extended warranty. It’s pipe started leaking one week after the use It was changed and charged Another week it’s leaking again now again they say it is chargeable . I paid about Rs 33000 for this crumbling machine and what is warranty for?
