Whirlpool Fully automatic machine

I purchased a fully automatic machine top loading from More mega store, Rohini on 18th Dec 2014 with 2 yrs. Warranty. After 6 months of use, machine started making noise after completing the round and change the machine physical position. It used to be too loud that we used to come out and see if everything is fine.

I complained about this first on 22nd July’15 followed by 27th Dec’15, 31st jan’16 & 11th Apr’16. Technician used to visit and replace the part and just repair the issue, but only temporarily.

I am still facing this issue and expecting the replacement of the product as it seems to be a manufacturing defect.

Please look into this and sort the issue out.
