Sir/Madam
I had purchased a washing machine (top loading) in OCT 2014 in view of their standard &quality to last longer even 3000-5000 rs costlier &less warranty than other company ,but just after completion of warranty it created problem with noisy sound during dry mode.no service engineer visited for preventive maintenance during warranty period.
I lodged complain at cusmer care but a service man visited from other company,therefore i did not allow him to repair
prayer--
1.it should be repaired as soon or replace the machine by IFB to get the satisfaction of cosumer of India.
2. the company should maintain the standard & quality to trust the people of India
