Request to Revise GST (12%) for Home buying. (Increased from 5% Service Tax).

Dear Sir,

I am first time home buyer in Greater Noida region. I have booked a 2BHK apartment and Post GST revised tax informed by builder is 12% whereas Pre GST, service tax was 5%.

Please help to reduce this additional tax burden, since home-buying will become extremely unfavourable due to this huge TAX increase from 5% to GST 12%.
