Amount outstanding in the relationship no. 101365941 before ownership change - Rs. 610 (paid; please find the receipt of my payment attached and uploaded)

Amount outstanding in the new relationship no. 11262464 - Rs. 610 (which belonged to the previous relationship no.)after I made the payment now got transferred to the new relationship number and I am still being asked to pay this amount now in the new relationship number. If they can transfer outstanding amounts, why cant they credit also that same amount. I have spoken to Mayuri, Sheetal, another female representative, one male representative and the relationship manager Mr. Ravindra on the toll free number 198 and all of them agreed to my issue that I had already paid that amount before and that showed in their system however and I was being charged again in the new relationship number, however, they didn't have the authority to reverse the unnecessary outstanding amount.
