I, Mahesh V. Bohra, would like to bring to your knowledge that different plan has been activated on my number instead of the plan offered by one of your Vodafone executive at the time of porting my number from Airtel to Vodafone.

She had committed to offer me Rs. 399/- plan with 18gb 3G data free with Unlimited phone calls on behalf of Vodafone.Today i.e. 3 May 2017, when my number got activated I realised that I have been put in Rs.499/- plan instead of 399 plan with only 3gb 3G data. After realising this I tried to reach your executive in Vodafone on 8879156304 from where I had received the call for the same before activation, but there was complete NO RESPONSE.

I visited Vodafone gallery at Fort branch with the same issue on the same day where I was told that this matter will be sorted out and I will be offered the same plan of 399 with 18Gb 3G data within 3/4 working days.

But Still, after so many days passed away, my complaint is not being solved.
