Charging Over Credit Limit, vodafone doesnt has any concerns for the customers.

Credit Limit request was set to Amt 4000. However i was charged more than my credit limit when i was on international . I had been charged upto 8841.95.

I had never made any request to increase the credit limit and yet i am charged above the amount. i had been writing email to vodafone from 2 months and it seems vodafone doesnt has any concerns for the customers...

My no was blocked and i was not able to make any payment when i was at abroad as was unable to get OTP on my no.

Now i am being threaten by sending legal notices. Truely Horrible experience...

My stand is that, i will not pay more than the set credit limit and also want my no active again.
