Wonderland Vacations India pvt ltd not returning the money and doing a big planned fraud with innoce

Dear Sir, I have taken the holiday ownership from wonderland vacations on 27 May 19, and paid RS. 33750/-. Initially, they told us very good luring offers. But after taking membership; when I asked to arrange something, then they are avoiding us completely from the first day. They now changed their commitments that were done before taking the membership. And when I told them to cancel my membership, then they said it is not in rules. I told them that Don't tell me your terms and conditions; because if you are not listening to us as per yours rules then why should we follow and why those persons are teaching us the rules. I also told them that before teaching me the rules; you must read those rules and you should be responsible to your customers. After that; Everyone (4-5 persons) switched off their phone. Blocked us.
