I have taken holiday ownership from wonderland vacations on 27 Aug 17. And paid 33750/-. Later paid 12000/-more. And told them.to book a room in goa from 28 Dec to 4 Jan.as I was told that booking can be on any date and season. After two months I was told no booking is possible. On which I told them to cancel my ownership and return my money. I was told telephonically that it will take two months. Even after two months and calling them again and again. The money was not refunded and later on calling them i was told that 18%GST would be deducted. However I have not used any services from them and should get full refund.

    I got a holiday voucher from wonderland vacations on 21august 2018 . From den i was mailing them to plan a holiday but whole year they are not responding .. and at the end when i make a cal .. they are talking rudely and saying No dates are available .. my voucher is getting expired on 21 august 2018 .. but they are saying its not my problem .. they make people fool .. so that we are forced to buy there membership ... so plz kindly stay away from this travel group .. i think they are fake people ..

    I got a holiday voucher from wonderland vacations on 04th march 2018 in Hotel Central Palace DEHRADUN. From den i was mailing them to plan a holiday but whole year they are not responding ..Some times mailed me & that this is peek season. and at the end when i make a cal .. they are talking rudely and saying No dates are available .. my voucher is getting expired on 03 March 2019 .. but they are saying its not my problem & i cant booked with holiday vouchers. they make people fool .. so that we are forced to buy there membership

    I too paid them Rs. 58500 to them but they are not providing services to me. They cheat innocent people. If someone knows a way then please tell me how can I get my money back?

    We are also facing the same problem and wonderland India is doing fraud with us. Please reply me your feedback on my mail whether Wonderland gave you your money or not? And how you took your money ?

    I purchased a ownership of a holiday package worth ₹40000. Within A week I called them to cancel my membership they said it will take time. Sent so many mail request . Now they have stopped receiving calls and answering to the mails too. I purchased it last year in July

    I bought 10 year membership and tried to book hotel in Jaipur for vacations bit they clearly denied for booking because of non availability of rooms. T tried earlier also but they denied every time.

    I feel cheated.
