Unnecessary and useless charges with zero refund.

Travel Complaint Complaint Date: June 29, 2016
Complain regarding unnecessary convenience charges levied by Makemytrip.com on my round trip booking ID : NF2293375111568. They charged me Rs.15400/- at the time of booking the ticket. And on cancellation of one way trip they are paying me only Rs.100/- as the balance amount after deducting the cancellation charges. I ended up paying another Rs.6000 to travel by different means because of the incorrect date.
