I have booked a combo plan on 09/04/2016 of hotel+ air fare for my family of four (Gautam, Juri, Anurag, Manuraj Barman) to Leh thoriugh Make My Trip Website. The air journey will be on 18/05/2016 by Jet airways. I have paid Rs.53024.00 for the combo plan. Hotel charge is for the period of 18-23/05/2016. In the air ticket given by Make my Trip, there was no mention of the airfare. I sent email them to provide me the invoice showing the air fare and hotel charges. But, they have told me that ''we are unable to provide the invoice showing only air charger as the booking is for flight+ hotel''But in their website it is mentioned that I have seen in your website that 'Flight and Hotel are not bundled and are only provided in combination as an option'. Hence, both the statement are contradictory. However, I want an invoice showing the air fare. It is required for me to submit to my office who will bear the cost of air fare.The reference no. of booking is NP2802363197732. Later on I have been emailed an invoice of Rs. 15328.00 on 13/04/16, but it is Toward the cost ofPackage as per
Itinerary for Gautam Barman only.I want an invoice of air fare only.
