Dear Sir,
This is so disappointed for a customer. From 9th January till 11th January 2019. I was trying to book ticket for 14th January 2019 from Pune to Dhule. Completed whole process even payment also but tickets were not booked no confirmation message was there but from my account funds were deducted. Even I called customer care and informed about the incident he suggested to give feedback. I am enclosing my bank statement n message from travelyari. Request u see second image as first imaged didn't uploaded.
