The frustration level of mine for these 2 days is at pinnacle .

A. Date: 9th Dec
the bus was showing eta 40 mins late on app but came at time & was empty as one of my friend described.

B. Date: 10th Dec
Bus driver was talking on phone & didn't saw as I was even waving to him.
Bus didn't has route label or title ex R05B on it
I called center he asked me to go to katraj depot (1.3 km from stop) as he will ask driver to STOP the Bus there.
so I went but the bus was at navle bridge (8 km from my stop).
I again made a call & already asked to go to navle bridge as they will be Stopping the BUS. so i went.
when I was at navle the bus was already left bavdhan.

1.They won’t return any money Even they will ACCEPTED it was their fault.
2. These people are way too stupid to understand the pain we go through every day because of them.
3. The don't have enough staff to manage even calls. IT TOOK 20 mins average to get connect when you specially need them .
4. the only answer they had given me it .. Hum kuch nahi kar sakte.
5. They Don't reply to any mails EVER.
6. If you asked them to mail the replay they give in call they won't because they
can do anything on call.
7. They are GOD now in Hinjewadi as there are no other service from company's here.
