we take plan of rupees 67000/- for three years , i paid 50% amt in advance by credit card , In this they give me lots of offer i.e. 3 year gym fees for couple, 21 day international accomdation, 6 banquet halls, summer camp, total 9 event passes & so many things.
after membership i approach for gym registration after 100 of calls they revert & only pay Rs.12000/- to gym registration.
For Banquet halls when we enquire we get information from hotel on booking of buffet lunch more than 25 person they it self arrange banquet hall free. so what is one cruise offer we dont understand.
We claim for event passes like IPL they said they have no passes right now.
It means things which we want they dont have.
after thousand of calls they reply for one call and having there own family function they are busy we have to wait for them when they are avaialable.
They have zero value of customer.
At the time of agreement also they set one table at there office and in loud music they explain entire policy and offers 7 force us to decision have to take on table only.
They are totaly fraud and make people full.
As per agreement they sd if we want cancel of membership we have to bear 60% loss and only 40% they will pay me back, so after this worst service I approach for cancellation of Membership here also they have ther e own policy they said I have to full amt i.e. more 33500/- then they back my 40% amt in that also they deduct 12000/- which they paid for gym registration of 1 year only.
so on which basis i paid them & why I need only my 40% from my amount whioch i paid to one cruise international.
