I had been travelling from sangli to hyderabad on28th april ...reached hyderabad 29th morning...sadly it was the worst journey of my life...i wish to register a complaint against bus driver of Nakoda travels named
Mr.Nikam driver ph.no. 9766348444. Bus no.k A 51 D 6355. ...the incident which led me to complaint is as follows

During our travel, we requested multiple times for bathroom break for multiple passengers including senior citizen ladies to the bus driver Mr.Nikam driver ph.no. 9766348444,but his reply was very neglecting as well as arrogant...when along with me and another fellow passenger confronted him about this he rather became abusive as well.
I never had such bad experience with any bus travel driver till date...
i want to ask nakoda travels authority ....let alone a proper service ..harassing,dominating passengers for drivers arrogance ; is this the policy of nakoda travels ? is this how you treat your customers....i hope not..i do not want to have bad opinion about the whole travel agency because of one bad driver experience.

The driver named Mr.Nikam ph.no. 9766348444 is creating bad spot on your brand of nakoda travels.
I sincerely request proper authority to take an action...at least teach your driver Mr.Nikam ph.no. 9766348444 to act humanely with passengers & provide proper service to them.

will be awaiting for reply from authority at nakoda travels,wish to pursue this complaint on multiple consumer complaint platforms until it met with satisfactory reply from auhtority
