NON WORKING OF AIR CONDITIOER IN SHIVSHAI BUS - MAHARASTRA RAOD TRANSPORT CORPORATION

On 06/04/2018 I have booked online ticket Trip No-SLPM0197725 Ticket Number 32251368 for Shivshai Bus from Solapur to Pune (Swargate) having Boarding Point Solapur Total passengers booked were three all have traveled up to Pune. Ticket was booked under transaction ID 485050000 It is regret to note that the Air Conditioner of Bus was not in working condition for more than four and half hours till the end of journey. Conductor of the Bus has given acknowledgement of Shut Down AC Driver No is 48975 and Conductor No is 94373 of solapur Depot Bus No was MH-09 EM 2254 Which was started to Pune at 15.35 instead of scheduled time 15.00 I claim to return the entire amount of ticket PLUS COMPENSATION for inconvenience for deficiency in Service by MSRTC
