Dear Sir,

Finally today I have received the cheque from Make my trip as given below ( now with interest of 3 years)
In March 2014 the District forum at Parel had given decision in my favour & had adviced MMT to pay me Rs.110000 ( copy attached herewith) & this was also published in Hindustan times
But I didn't receive this payment as MMT had approached State Commission at VT
Since State Commission had rejected their applications ( copy attached) later MMT approached National Commission at Delhi who directed MMT to pay me above amount + interest = total 131107 which I went to the court to pickup this cheque & then deposited in my bank account (copy of cheque attached herewith)

In last 4 years I had personally visited the court only thrice ( first day in 2013 while submitting the files, 2 years ago for verification & finally today to pickup this cheque) which took away only my total 3 hours with NO expense from my pocket as no lawyers/advocates are required
You are your own lawyer in this court & people like MMT have to hire the best of the lawyers to fight against us
With the envelop you will see initially they had to hire RRJ associates Delhi - a very big name in Delhi & later the case was handed over to Baphna & Marathe Associates which is again a big name in Mumbai
What is ONLY important is correct documentations, proofs & evidence

I am very thankful to the Consumer Court as well as our law & hence would like this is brought to the notice of public so that more & more people are encouraged to take actions again the big players & also so that the big players take a lesson with this case & do not take the consumers for granted

I also want that with this the true picture of Make My Trip is brought to the notice of public
