I was travelling by Chintamani bus details relating to journey -BOOKING PNR: 93687149-460475, MAKEMYTRIP BUS ID- NU770415024666670, CHINTAMANI BUS NO MH-29-AW/2100 (YAVATMAL – MUMBAI),DATE OF TRAVEL 22ND MAY, 2017, BOARDING POINT – MEHKAR, DROP POINT – THANE(MUMBAI) [ MORNING 8 AM ON 23RD MAY, 2017].While boarding the Bus, two luggage bags were handed over to your bus crew/conductor Mr. Awais Khan with the clear instruction “to put my seat number over there and keep it safe”, he nodded his head and kept the luggage in back side luggage compartment.
- When I got down at Thane (just at the stop before Teen hath naka signal) and asked for my luggage; the said bus conductor handed over just one luggage to me. When I asked him for the second luggage he arrogantly replied me that he doesn’t know saying that “mujhe kya malum aapka bag kaha gaya? Yaha nahi hai to nahi hai”. When I requested him to call the other passengers who got down from the Bus at various other stations/stops, he didn’t show any alacrity in calling them and enquiring about the misplaced luggage.- I got down at 8 am in the morning on 23rd May, 2017 and knowing the fact that I was travelling alone I was literally harassed by their staff for more than three and half hours. Neither of their officials from Mehkar or Yavatmal yielded any support nor their bus staff took any efforts in finding my luggage. The said bus conductor kept arguing with me and the bus left that stop without investigating in to the matter.That luggage was very important to me and containing valuables, important things, personal possessions and ORIGINAL academic documents/ Degree certificates which I cannot be retrieved again. Being a female passenger it was really worst and perilous travelling experience with that travels. I am continuously following up with them for my luggage but there's no revert from them.

    I am Amol n Pawade yesterday I was parcel important medicine to shivanand Bichewar yavatmal,the bus must be arrived around morning 8:00 am becoz of your driver negaligence ,patient couldn't get medicine on time it's your fault, if something happens to patient your manegment will responsible, disgusting service provide by chintamani and no one cooperating with us ,yavatmal office person arogently respond
