Bad condition buses.rude customer service, I am traveling with Gujrat travel from Pune to udaipur

I am traveling with Gujrat travel from Pune to udaipur today (21 September,2018) on bus number RJ 27 PB 0765. Seat no L,K.
The AC blower is broken and it can't stop the air blowing out from the blower.
Requested driver to fix it or provide extra blanket so that I can travel, but he denied.
Did complaint on the customer service no, +917926588959 but he was very unfriendly and rude.
He said nothing can be done from their side and I have to travel as it though there is a broken AC blower.
My problem is I have just started the journey of20+ hours and they are not helping at all.
Howcan we believe and travel with such a degrade level buses and company who is charging fare of multi axle buses.
