I had booked a tour from this company on 21st.Nov'18 for dates 24th.Nov-25th.Nov'18.I have paid 15000 rs/- for the tor package.However when I asked them about driver details on 23rd.nov'18 they told me that it will be sent over email.Inspite of sending details of driver they sent me cancellation mail for the package.When I tried to contact them theie phone is switched off.After that I had checked the hotel booking that was done on my name without any payments made to them and the booking was not cancelled after they sent me the cancellation mail for the tour.I had done the cancellation of hotel booking which was non-refundable from the website which was booked and the cancelation charges were 7000 rs/-. On the mail they confirmed refund in 72 ours after i share my A/c details however they again sent the mail without any reason that the refund will be done in 30-35 days. Also when I try to reach them they do not answer my call also have blocked my number. When I have asked them about their policy document which mention their refund policy of 30-35 days they do not answer. The company seems to be fraud and have no intention of returning the money. I'am attaching all the communication made with them over email.
