Travel Agency based out of Bangalore Took Money for Booking Maldives Land Package and Issued Forged

Universal Travels Registration Number 29AAGFU7930FIZV , Partner Kapil Gupta +919479840512 took INR 141700 to book land package for my family to Maldives and issued forged booking vouchers wherein resort denied entry after i landed Male airport.
One the pretext of returning back money to my account, he forged NEFT transfer vouchers.
I paid additional INR 83000 for my stay in Maldives.
I landed India on 25/March and he is not returning the money to me .
FRAUD AND CHEATING WHERE ALL DOCUMENTS WERE TAMPERED
