Amount debited twice - MAKEMYTRIP

Travel Complaint Complaint Date: September 30, 2021
I have booked the hotel ticket for October 6th 2021 for the amount INR 3,510. However, it has been debited twice from the account and MMT app is not showing anything on it, and customer care reps are not responding.
Have shared the bank statement, wherein it shows it has been debited twice. I have checked with the HDFC bank, and they have confirmed the amount has been successfully credited to MMT account twice.

Kindly refund the amount debited twice. Awaiting your response.
